Senior Education and Health Care Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced and inclusive leader to join our internal leadership team within the service. As a Senior Education, Health and Care Plan Coordinator, you will be responsible for leading a team of Education, Health and Care Plan Coordinators and administrative staff.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of Education, Health and Care Plan Coordinators and administrative staff
- Support the team with statutory work, including complex casework, conflict resolution, and Tribunal cases
- Hold a caseload of complex cases linked to educational settings and oversee the Education, Health and Care needs assessment process
- Produce high-quality Education, Health and Care Plans for children and young people across the 0-25 age range
- Ensure compliance with the Children's and Families Act and the Equality Act
- Substantial working knowledge of the SEND Code of Practice, SEND Regulations, and Equality Act
- Line management experience and a champion for children and young people with SEND
- Highly literate and an excellent communicator
- Able to prioritize work streams in a busy environment and work collaboratively with stakeholders
