We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Helpdesk Specialist to join our team at Black Fox Solutions. As a key member of our Helpdesk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our maintenance management system.

Key Responsibilities

  • Helpdesk Management: Take overall responsibility for the Helpdesk solutions, ensuring all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are achieved and driving improvements with the team and subcontractors.
  • Subject Matter Expert: Serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Maintenance Management system, providing technical guidance and support to the team.
  • Facilities Management: Support the onsite FM Engineer to fulfill all onsite contract requirements, including mobilizing Facility Management contracts and developing strong relationships with alliance partners and subcontractors.
  • Health and Safety: Maintain a thorough understanding of best Health & Safety practices to prevent injury and damage in a live industrial environment.
  • Client Management: Ensure client needs are met by adopting an appropriate profile with all clients, and assist team members in the development and delivery of new business proposals.
  • Performance Management: Develop, implement, and monitor performance against output targets, and act promptly and efficiently on issues arising from audits.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to all company procedures and maintain quality standards, developing new procedures as required.

Requirements

  • HNC/HND level qualification or currently studying in an Engineering discipline.
  • Experience in Helpdesk Management, technical process improvements, minor works management, and legislative requirements for Facilities Management.
  • Good communication skills are essential for this role, as there will be an aspect of Job management and stakeholder meetings and conversations.
