Position: Revenue Growth Manager (FMCG)

Salary: £60-£70kpa plus Car Allowance- £5k, Bonus- 10%, Medical & Pension

Vitae Financial Recruitment is seeking a skilled Revenue Growth Manager to join a prestigious organization known for its excellence in the fast-moving consumer goods sector. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with finance and customer teams to foster improved profitability and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage P&L Deliverables: Oversee the timely and complete delivery of budgeted profit and loss statements for designated brands across various channels, ensuring alignment with established strategies.
  • Support Marketing Execution: Assist in the implementation of marketing strategies through the sales team, monitoring performance against budget and proposing corrective measures as needed. This includes crafting strategies to enhance profitable growth through promotional activities and packaging strategies.
  • Optimize Promotional Investments: Evaluate promotional guidelines and enhance return on investment through systematic internal assessments and reviews.
  • Collaborate with Marketing: Work alongside the marketing team to provide commercial insights for new product development and brand initiatives.
  • Conduct Financial Analysis: Utilize reporting tools and perform ad hoc analyses to uncover opportunities and challenges within brand P&L, developing actionable plans to enhance profitability.
  • Lead Performance Reviews: Facilitate brand performance reviews to ensure a comprehensive understanding of performance drivers, equipping teams with the necessary communication and sales tools.

The ideal candidate will possess a solid background in financial modeling and Excel, with a strong ability to influence decision-making processes within the organization. A blend of commercial acumen and assertiveness is essential to advocate for recommendations effectively.
