Job Description

**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Partner Manager to join our team at IGT. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and building strong relationships with our tier 1 accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers at our partner accounts, driving revenue growth and business development opportunities.
  • Be the primary point of contact for our partner accounts, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their needs are met.
  • Conduct regular review meetings with partners to present key performance data, goals, and assist with data reports to review their performance.
  • Manage the new partners pipeline, providing commercial support for onboarding and input on potential new studios' products.
  • Collaborate with internal functions and teams to understand and support customer needs.
  • Responsible for partner revenues generated by nominated Operator/Partner accounts.
  • Develop and execute a sales account plan to maintain and grow existing partner and operator revenues.
  • Research and identify opportunities to place existing or new products into new markets and/or accounts.
  • Work with the commercial management team to provide feedback on industry trends and account needs to develop the commercial strategy.
  • Help identify opportunities to increase awareness of the partner business both internally and externally.
  • Maintain an excellent knowledge of available products, services, and roadmaps.
