About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to join our team at zeroG - AI in Aviation. As a Sales Manager for Event Spaces, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and increasing event calendar volume in our primary Event space.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Revenue Growth: You will be responsible for driving increased revenue and events calendar volume in our primary Event space, ensuring that all events deliver or exceed both budgeted income and overheads targets.
  2. Event Sales and Marketing: You will engage frequently with the space teams, curating events tailored to customers' needs and delivering a smooth handover of the Event to be executed as planned.
  3. Relationship Building: You will build and maintain strong relationships with key event agencies and partners, ensuring that our unique brand DNA comes across in all aspects of the event journey.
  4. Market Analysis: You will continuously scan for opportunities to lead the market and challenge competitors in delivering London-based Events.
  5. Process Implementation: You will bring a structured approach to creating and consistently delivering on each touchpoint in the sales journey.
Requirements
  • Sales and Negotiation: You must have a proven track record of successfully converting leads to confirmed revenue with pace and energy.
  • Event Planning: You must be able to ensure that events are planned and organized to ensure smooth and successful delivery, and satisfied event bookers.
  • Teamwork: You must be able to support other teams and spaces, take an interest in their work, and give and receive feedback day-to-day to help each other improve.
