Role Overview:

The firm seeks an accomplished Sales Manager who is enthusiastic about cultivating relationships, driving sales, and making a substantial contribution to the passive fire protection sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and cultivate new business prospects in passive fire and fire door solutions.
  • Market Research and Analysis: Assess demand, competition, and emerging opportunities to pinpoint potential clients.
  • Relationship Building: Forge and sustain robust relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and other industry participants.
  • Proposal Development: Collaborate with technical and operations teams to create customized proposals for clients.
  • Negotiation and Sales: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts, and finalize agreements for passive fire solutions.
  • Strategic Planning: Formulate and execute strategies to uncover new opportunities and enhance revenue growth.
  • Networking and Industry Events: Represent the organization at trade shows, conferences, and industry gatherings.
  • Client Relationship Management: Maintain ongoing client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a Sales Manager or comparable role within the industry.
  • Demonstrated success in sales or business development.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation abilities.
  • Self-driven, well-presented, and professional.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Capability to manage your own schedule and travel to prospective clients and sites.
