We are seeking a driven and self-assured Automotive Sales Advisor to become part of our team.

What does the role entail?

As an Automotive Sales Advisor at Arnold Clark, you will primarily focus on sales while being referred to as a Product Consultant. This is not your typical sales position.

Leave behind the formal attire and the notion of being confined to the showroom. Embrace a sales role that allows you to express your individuality, demonstrate exceptional customer service, and enjoy your workday to the fullest.

In this position, you will guide customers from their initial visit through to providing an excellent aftersales experience. Your mission is to assist customers in selecting the ideal vehicle that meets their needs while fostering strong, positive relationships throughout the process.

On a typical day, your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting customers in identifying the right vehicle based on their requirements
  • Delivering exceptional, five-star service that goes above and beyond for every visitor
  • Establishing and nurturing genuine relationships with customers throughout the sales journey
  • Offering suitable sales packages, including financing and servicing, with integrity and professionalism
  • Coordinating vehicle orders and deliveries to ensure smooth operations
  • Meeting monthly sales targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks
  • Collaborating with a dynamic team to ensure deadlines are met and commitments are honored
  • Maintaining contact with customers to provide an outstanding aftersales experience
