Role Overview:
- Coordinate vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections for customers
- Provide expert advice on warranty coverage and recommend relevant parts and accessories
- Collaborate with the Aftersales team to schedule appointments efficiently and effectively
- Handle a high volume of customer inquiries in person, over the phone, and online
- Keep customers informed about service timelines and maintain accurate records
