Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Ayr Audi. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our service department.
Key Responsibilities
- Booking and managing service appointments, MOTs, and repair work for our customers
- Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories to enhance the customer experience
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to coordinate appointments and schedules
- Managing a high volume of customer interactions, including phone calls and online booking queries
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and service updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating our systems accordingly
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience in a similar role within the automotive industry is highly desirable, as is knowledge of dealer systems such as Kerridge/ADP.
