Audi Service Advisor Role
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Service Advisor to join our Aftersales Team at Lookers Ayr Audi. As a Service Advisor, you will play a crucial role in delivering an exceptional customer experience, ensuring our customers receive the best possible service and support.
Responsibilities
- Booking and managing customer appointments, services, and repairs
- Providing expert advice on warranty cover and recommending additional parts and accessories
- Liaising with the Aftersales department to schedule appointments and manage workload
- Managing customer interactions, including phone calls and online booking queries
- Communicating effectively with customers regarding turnaround times and updates
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating systems as necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills, a warm personality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Previous experience using Kerridge/ADP or similar dealer systems is advantageous. You will be a great team player, able to work independently and use your initiative to achieve results.
