About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Platform Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at Lorien. As a key member of our Network Services team, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing core infrastructure technologies, products, and services that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Infrastructure Development: You will be responsible for developing and implementing infrastructure technologies that align with our Chief Technology Office (CTO) strategic targets and architecture outcomes.
  • Platform Management: You will manage the selection, creation, and maintenance of infrastructure technologies required to meet the needs of our customers.
  • Operational Support: You will provide operational support to other infrastructure teams in the event of major incidents or complex technical issues.
  • Relationship Building: You will build and leverage relationships with colleagues across the bank to ensure decisions made are commercially focused and create long-term value for the organization.
Requirements
  • Technical Expertise: You will need a clear understanding of infrastructure layers or stack, and a broad knowledge across multiple platforms such as server, operating system, virtualization, or network.
  • Agile Methodologies: You will need experience of contributing to roadmaps and strategies, and working closely with third parties on assurance of their output and managing their performance.
  • Communication Skills: You will need the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to your peers and management-level colleagues.
  • DDI Technologies: You will need an expert understanding of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM (DDI) technologies.
  • InfoBlox Experience: You will need expert-level knowledge of InfoBlox with extensive experience of usage in large complex enterprises.
