About the Role

Squarepoint Capital is seeking a highly skilled Platform Infrastructure Specialist to join our Middleware stream. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in delivering mission-critical platform infrastructure using the DevOps methodology.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design, monitor, and scale platform infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
  • Automate everyday tasks using scripting and configuration management tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build and maintain automated platform solutions and services.
  • Develop and maintain CICD pipelines to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Design and implement self-service workflows to improve user experience.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering roles.
  • Deep knowledge of at least two of the following technologies: Kafka, Consul, Load-balancing.
  • Proficient in infrastructure automation and configuration management using tools such as Ansible and Terraform.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with security products such as Keycloak, CyberArk.
  • Familiarity with modern software development tooling, including GitLab, Kubernetes, Hashicorp Products.
  • Experience in software development (Python, Git).
  • System administration expertise (Bash, Linux, Containerization).
  • Experience with Observability systems such as Elasticsearch, Prometheus.
