About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrative professional to provide comprehensive support to our Divisional Director and senior leadership team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating meetings, managing office systems, and providing exceptional administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the division.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and manage the Divisional Director's diary, ensuring timely and effective communication with stakeholders.
  • Provide administrative support to the senior leadership team, including preparing agendas, minutes, and reports.
  • Manage office systems, including filing, data entry, and maintenance of electronic records.
  • Deal with confidential and sensitive information, exercising discretion and professionalism at all times.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including staff, patients, and external agencies.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably in a healthcare environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of IT literacy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and other administrative software.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • Discretion and professionalism in handling confidential and sensitive information.
