Key Responsibilities:

As a Culinary Specialist, you will play a vital role in our Country House, which accommodates up to 52 guests for guided or self-guided walking tours. You will be involved in the planning and execution of our Traditional British menu, which includes breakfast, packed lunches, and a three-course evening meal served in a banquet style.

Your primary duties will include supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in preparing and serving meals, ensuring that all culinary standards are met and maintained.


Candidate Profile:
We are looking for individuals with the following essential qualifications:
  • Experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
  • Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, Food Safety Act, Allergen Legislation, and Fire Regulations
  • Ability to uphold the culinary standards set by the Head Chef
  • NVQ Level 3 in Professional Cooking or willingness to pursue it
  • Team player with flexibility to work evenings and weekends.
