We are expanding our team of Communication and Response Specialists and invite you to join us. For many individuals, our specialists serve as the initial point of contact with law enforcement, whether through phone calls or digital communications. Our Communication and Response Department is more than just a call center; it is the frontline of our service.

Key Responsibilities.
A Communication and Response Specialist plays a crucial role in maintaining safety in Sussex.
You will manage a diverse range of emergency 999 calls, non-emergency 101 calls, and online inquiries. The scenarios you encounter will reflect the varied communities we serve, engaging with individuals from all walks of life.
Our specialists must balance empathy with professionalism, ensuring they remain composed while addressing challenging situations.
Providing exceptional service to the public and collaborating with Sussex Police colleagues is essential.
