Front Office Manager Opportunity

Klarent Hospitality is seeking a seasoned Front Office Manager to oversee the entire Front Office operation and maintain high standards of guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate guest satisfaction levels and monitor trends to drive continuous improvement
  • Maximise room occupancy at best rates and promote hotel services and facilities
  • Monitor the appearance, standards, and performance of the Front Office Team Members
  • Ensure Team Members have current knowledge of hotel products, services, pricing, and policies
  • Recruit, manage, train, and develop the Front Office team
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of managing people and developing people
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
  • Ability to work morning, afternoon/evening, and weekends
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences all the time
  • Familiar with Property Management Systems On Q
