Commercial Team Manager Opportunity

Casanovas Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional to lead our commercial team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Deliver exceptional client services and drive business growth
  • Build, lead, and manage a team of professional service executives to achieve business objectives
  • Liaise with other teams and departments to drive office business development and marketing initiatives
  • Source and develop new business leads to drive revenue growth
  • Lead by example and set a high standard for the team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in commercial business development roles, with a proven track record of success
  • Experience in leading a business development team and driving business growth
  • Dynamic and innovative personality, with excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong commercial awareness and marketing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional client services
  • Ability to create and maintain a motivated sales office and a positive work environment
