Commercial Team Manager

Casanovas Recruitment is proud to present an exciting opportunity for a new role within a well-established and highly successful corporate professional services firm based in Essex. Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced business development professional who can evidence previous experience and successes with leading a team from the front to shape and drive the success of the office working within professional services.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
  2. Deliver exceptional client services and exceed expectations
  3. Build, lead, and manage a team of professional service executives to achieve business objectives
  4. Lead the office business development and marketing initiatives, collaborating with other teams and departments
  5. Ensure effective lead sourcing and development, driving business growth and revenue
  6. Lead by example, setting high standards and motivating the team to achieve excellence
  7. Work closely with Marketing to plan and execute effective campaigns to attract new clients
The Ideal Candidate:
  1. Proven experience in various commercial business development roles, with a track record of success
  2. Experience in leading a BD team, with a strong ability to motivate and inspire others
  3. Dynamic and innovative personality, with a passion for driving business growth
  4. Professional services background, with a deep understanding of the industry
  5. Excellent commercial and marketing awareness, with a ability to think strategically
  6. Commitment to delivering exceptional client services, with a focus on customer satisfaction
  7. High levels of communication and collaboration, with a ability to work effectively with others
  8. Ability to create and maintain a motivated sales office, with a positive and productive work environment
