About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Risk and IT Continuity Manager to join our team at Supply Chain Corporation Limited. As a key member of our Data and Technology Directorate, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks associated with our IT systems and processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • IT Risk Management: Identify and assess IT-related risks, including cybersecurity threats, data breaches, system failures, and other vulnerabilities.
  • Business Continuity Planning: Develop, implement, and maintain business continuity and disaster recovery plans for IT systems and processes.
  • Incident Management: Jointly work with IT Teams during major IT incidents, coordinating responses and efforts to ensure timely resolution.
  • Policy Development: Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and guidelines related to IT risk management and business continuity.
  • Third-Party Management: Ensure that third-party providers comply with our risk management and business continuity requirements.
  • SIAM Model: Work with IT partners within a SIAM model to ensure all risks are being managed.
  • Risk Management: Manage and maintain functional risks within Service Now.
  • Corporate Risk: Contribute and update key principles risk in the corporate Risk tool.
  • Progress Monitoring: Monitor the status of risk mitigation actions, highlighting areas where progress may be insufficient and escalating these accordingly.
