Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team at STERIS. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving process excellence and operational efficiency across our global operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance quality, reduce costs, and increase efficiency
  • Lead cross-functional teams to identify and address process gaps and opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with operations, quality, and facilities teams to drive process excellence and continuous improvement
  • Conduct data analysis and statistical process control to identify areas for improvement
  • Design and implement lean principles and Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure process improvements

Requirements

  • Qualification in mechanical, manufacturing, industrial, or equivalent engineering/science
  • Experience with statistical analysis and/or project management
  • Knowledge of lean principles, ROI, waste reduction, ergonomics, and other business process improvement methodologies
  • Proficiency with computer applications, Microsoft applications preferred
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
