About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Customer Service and IT Advisor. As a key member of our implementation team, you will be responsible for supporting the implementation of projects, providing expertise in IT systems, and developing customer processes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support implementation projects in adherence to Maersk's implementation methodology and client requirements.
  • Provide expertise and training in the use of Maersk SCM operating applications/platforms.
  • Develop and maintain customer processes, ensuring operational excellence and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure new business is implemented effectively.
  • Provide IT system training and support to new staff as required.
Requirements
  • Strong IT skills, including MS Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities.
  • Experience in shipping, forwarding, or logistics, with a strong understanding of UK inbound processes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to think outside the box for solutions.
