Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Lead Research Nurse/AHP to spearhead our Haematology & Rheumatology Research Team.

Your role will encompass overseeing the planning and execution of research studies, conducting feasibility assessments, and ensuring effective recruitment and follow-up processes. Additionally, you will manage the financial aspects and provide leadership to the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • A registered nurse/AHP with valid credentials
  • Extensive background in clinical research
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Strong organizational and project management capabilities
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to drive team progress and implement change
  • High standards of clinical practice with a keen eye for detail
  • Proficient in IT applications
