Position Overview

We are looking for a dedicated and proactive Lead Research Nurse/AHP to oversee our Haematology & Rheumatology Research Team.

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the planning and execution of research studies, conducting feasibility assessments, and guiding the team through recruitment and follow-up processes. Additionally, you will take charge of budget management and provide leadership to the team.

Key Qualifications:

  • A registered nurse/AHP with current credentials
  • Extensive experience in clinical research
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Capability to drive change and motivate the team
  • Detail-oriented with a commitment to high-quality clinical practice
  • Proficient in IT applications

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead the team in managing clinical trials and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
  • Oversee the setup and smooth operation of research studies
  • Support the team in closing out studies effectively
  • Manage resources, including staff and finances
  • Facilitate ongoing education and training for the team
  • Strategically plan team workload and financial management
  • Provide research support in outreach clinics
