Job Summary:

Pure Resourcing Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and creative Marketing Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Marketing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the execution of our marketing strategy, driving awareness and engagement of our product.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop engaging content for our website, digital ads, video, and print materials, ensuring they align with our brand goals.
  • Campaign Management: Plan and execute digital and print advertising campaigns, ensuring they are aligned with our brand strategy.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance brand consistency across all marketing channels, ensuring our brand is represented in the best possible light.
  • Budget Management: Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Performance Tracking: Analyze the success of campaigns using metrics and KPIs, adjusting strategies based on insights.
  • Reporting: Provide data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and decisions.
  • CMS Management: Maintain and update website content, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date.

Requirements:

  • Marketing Expertise: A strong foundation in digital and traditional marketing techniques, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
  • Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas that resonate with diverse audiences.
  • Analytical Mindset: Strong data analysis skills to track performance and refine strategies.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • A degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a marketing role.
  • Proven leadership skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
