About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join our team at Ad Warrior. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a critical role in supporting the implementation of HR initiatives across the full employee experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Translate HR Strategy into Action: Work under the guidance of the HR Director to translate HR strategy into clear objectives that are aligned to the future needs and goals of the business.
  • Influence and Coach Managers: Influence, coach and develop managers in the use of policies, procedures, HR frameworks, and employment legislation to ensure legal compliance, consistency, fairness, and equality in the workplace.
  • Operational HR Support: Provide and undertake operational HR support & procedures relating to a wide range of HR activities.
  • Business Partnering: Provide a high-quality business partnering service and act as a trusted advisor while building credible stakeholder relationships.
  • Complex Case Management: Support the HR Director and managers with the effective management of people-related issues, including complex case management.
  • HR Initiatives: Actively support, facilitate, and contribute to wider HR business initiatives.
  • Employee Engagement: Support Employee Engagement and Health & Wellbeing initiatives.
  • Process Improvement: Review and develop best practices and HR service offerings and processes.
  • Project Management: Support the development and embedding of new HR initiatives.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide statistical and management information, analysis, and trends that support business decisions.
  • Project Work: Work on HR projects as directed by the HR Director.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop the wider HR teams to provide HR business partnering and operational HR support.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience of working as a generalist HR Business Partner ideally gained within a fast-paced changing commercial environment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Exceptional stakeholder management experience.
  • Project Management: Experience of managing projects in a growing environment, including employee engagement and health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Senior HR Experience: Proven experience of working as a Senior HR Business Partner ideally gained within a fast-paced changing commercial environment.
