HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled HR Business Partner to join our Factory Leadership team in Dalston. As a trusted advisor to site leaders, you will provide HR support, coaching, and development to empower managers and drive business success.
About the Role- Act as a key point of contact for employee relations issues, supporting leaders to achieve timely resolutions.
- Collaborate with trade union representatives at local and national levels.
- Ensure performance and talent management activities are understood, embedded, and delivered to meet business goals.
- Deliver tangible outcomes that make a real difference to the business.
This role requires a strong knowledge of core HR processes, including performance management, talent management, recruitment & resourcing, employee relations, employment law, and organisational change. You will have a proven track record of working within operational HR and delivering tangible outcomes that make a real difference to the business.
