About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Success Director to join our team at Epsilon. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving the growth and success of our retail partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Maintain Retailer Relationships
    • Develop and execute strategies to build and maintain strong relationships with our retail partners
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and execution
  • Drive Business Growth
    • Identify and capitalize on revenue opportunities through strategic planning and execution
    • Develop and implement plans to increase sales and revenue growth
  • Provide World-Class Service
    • Deliver exceptional customer service to our retail partners
    • Ensure timely and effective resolution of issues and concerns
Requirements
  • Strong Retail Media and E-commerce Knowledge
  • 5+ Years of Experience in Supplier/Retailer Sector
  • Excellent Interpersonal and Communication Skills
  • Solution-Oriented Mindset
  • Excellent Presentation and Influencing Skills
  • Ability to Work in a Team Environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ Years of Account/Client Management Experience
  • Digital Media Experience
  • Supplier Media Experience
  • Previous Experience Using CitrusAd Technology
  • Negotiation Skills
