Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Project Director to lead our Major Projects team. As a key member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will be responsible for delivering high-profile transportation projects, managing a diverse team of professionals, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Delivery: Lead the delivery of major transportation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
  • Team Management: Manage and develop a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver projects successfully.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients, stakeholders, and partners.
  • Financial Management: Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
