AECOM is seeking an experienced Environmental Project Director to lead complex investigation/remediation projects in the Northeast region. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in environmental consulting, regulatory knowledge, and project management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget
  • Lead project teams and manage project managers
  • Build strong client relationships and engage with regulatory agencies
  • Develop and implement quality control processes
  • Ensure health and safety stewardship and compliance
  • Mentor junior project managers
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Soil Science, Geology, or related field
  • 6+ years of project management experience in environmental consulting
  • 15+ years of experience in environmental consulting with a focus on site investigation/remediation
  • 8 years of project management experience
  • Experience working with environmental regulatory agencies in CT, MA, NH, ME, RI, and/or VT
  • 40-Hour HAZWOPER Training
