Social Housing Project Coordinator - Renewable Energy Sector
We are excited to present an opportunity for a skilled Social Housing Project Coordinator to join a progressive renewable energy organization. This role is pivotal in managing domestic housing initiatives, ranging from individual private residences to extensive housing association developments.

Key Responsibilities:

You will serve as the primary liaison between tenants and contractors involved in the enhancement of social housing.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in tenant engagement coupled with technical expertise in the refurbishment of social housing units.


Candidate Requirements:

SMSTS Certification
First Aid Certification
Technical Knowledge in Trade
Proven experience in domestic maintenance and property upgrades
Strong background in Tenant Liaison

Core Duties:
Collaborate effectively within the site team.
Conduct site inductions.
Evaluate all subcontractors.

Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS)
Comply with organizational quality standards.
Plan and oversee all subcontractor activities and direct reports.
Ensure timely project delivery within budget constraints.

Compensation and Benefits:
Attractive salary range of 35-40K (negotiable) along with company performance bonuses.
