About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Manager to join our team at TalkTalk Business. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our existing customer base, retaining and growing revenue, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of up to 100 business customers, providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with key decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and grow revenue within the existing customer base, leveraging our converged Voice, Data, Network, and Security portfolio.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, working closely with internal teams to develop and execute sales plans.
  • Consistently achieve activity and sales targets, demonstrating a strong understanding of business drivers and market trends.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in account management, preferably in the Telecommunications sector.
  • Strong business acumen and ability to articulate value propositions to customers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers at all levels.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and sales methodologies.
