Job Overview:

A dynamic company, Reel Recruit, is seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join their sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, setting up appointments, and supporting the early stages of the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calling, emails, and social media outreach.
  • Prospect Engagement: Understand potential clients' needs and effectively communicate the benefits of the company's solutions.
  • Appointment Setting: Arrange meetings for Business Sales Consultants ensuring a smooth transition from lead qualification to the sales process.
  • Pipeline Management: Keep the CRM system updated, tracking all interactions and follow-ups with potential clients.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align on lead generation goals.
  • Performance Tracking: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly targets with opportunities for rapid promotion based on performance.
