About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Reed. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and capitalizing on new sales opportunities within the assigned sales region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Travel and Customer Engagement: Travel within the assigned sales region to meet with existing customers, reinforce brand loyalty, and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth, and provide feedback and market insights to inform future sales strategies.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, and develop a deep understanding of the company's products through comprehensive training.
  • Time Management and Organization: Manage your own schedule and appointments effectively, maximizing time on the road and ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Sales Experience: Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Self-Motivation and Independence: Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, with a strong sense of accountability and a drive to achieve results.
  • Organizational and Time Management Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Valid Driver's License: A valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within the sales region.
