Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our client's dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience and deep understanding of the transport industry, particularly in general haulage.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for effective customer engagement and deal negotiation.
  • A proven track record in understanding customer needs, offering competitive rates, and securing new business opportunities.
  • Strong negotiation skills to maximize profitability while maintaining excellent customer relationships.
  • The ability to manage customer inquiries, provide tailored solutions, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Strong background in general haulage and sales.
  • Extensive relevant experience in similar roles.
