About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Maintenance Scheduler. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for coordinating maintenance activities, ensuring seamless communication with customers and engineers, and promoting the benefits of our service agreements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Communication: Respond to customer inquiries, log issues, and schedule engineer visits to resolve problems.
  • Contract Management: Prepare and distribute maintenance contract proposals, follow up with customers to obtain signatures, and update customer records.
  • Diary Management: Coordinate engineer schedules, update electronic diaries, and provide administrative support to ensure efficient operations.
  • Administrative Tasks: Input data to update customer records, transfer survey notes to customer databases, and perform other administrative duties as required.
Requirements
  • Local Residency: Must reside locally to Woking or be within commuting distance.
  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role, with a focus on scheduling and diary management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office and able to learn our CRM system.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent telephone manner, attention to detail, and strong administration skills.
