About the Role

We are seeking an experienced administrator to join our team as a CPA and CTR Co-ordinator at Gateway Recovery Centre. As a key member of our administration team, you will play a vital role in providing and maintaining a high standard of administrating and documenting the Care Programme Approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with the Mental Health Act Admin department to prepare, plan and coordinate CPA and CTR meetings for service users.
  • Set dates of meetings, prepare and send out invitations to all relevant parties, book rooms and hospitality for the meetings, collate and type up any necessary documents and prepare and distribute all completed packs to the relevant parties.
  • Meet and greet all visitors to the meetings and record all attendees.
  • After the meeting, gather all documentation and type the whole document.
  • Ensure that all reports are read and signed by the relevant disciplines.
  • Prepare and update the CPA/CTR timetable and distribute to the wards on a regular basis.
  • Filing all completed packs and archive as necessary.
  • Liaise with external agencies regarding the continuing care of the patients as required.
  • Assist in maintaining a high standard in office practice/procedures, including filing systems.
Requirements
  • 4 GCSEs or equivalent (including English)
  • 2 years previous experience of administration/office systems
  • Word Processing qualification
  • European Computer Driving Licence or equivalent
  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office preferred)
  • Knowledge of the CPA and national guidelines
  • Verbal and written communication
  • Plan and prioritise workload
  • Excellent organisational skills
