Project Coordinator Position

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team at Seras. As a Project Coordinator, you will provide administrative support to the Head of Projects, assisting with the growth and delivery of key business projects.
About the RoleThe core part of this role is driving forward projects within the business and completing the administrative elements of it. You will be responsible for outlining project objectives, taking part in project meetings, proposing adjustments, and organizing meetings. Additionally, you will set and adhere to a budget that implements cost-saving measures and consistently monitor the costs, progress, and quality of a project.
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative support to the Head of Projects
- Drive forward projects within the business
- Outline project objectives
- Take part in project meetings
- Propose adjustments and organize meetings
- Set and adhere to a budget
- Consistently monitor project costs, progress, and quality
- Understanding of PMO office roles and responsibilities
- Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- Awareness of Project management methodologies and project stages
- Ability to prepare and interpret flowcharts, schedules, and step-by-step action plans
- Solid organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management
