About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Administrative Support Professional to join our team at Gateway Recovery Centre in Warrington. As a Secretary, you will play a vital role in supporting our medical team with administrative tasks, handling confidential documentation, and diary management.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Receiving and recording typing, checking, and amending documents for spelling and grammatical errors.
  • Participating in the administration, development, and evaluation of regulatory matters.
  • Coordinating the hospital diary and the whereabouts of clinicians.
  • Booking meetings and arranging conference calls.
  • Dealing with medical enquiries and referrals on behalf of Registered Clinicians.
  • Undertaking administrative duties in connection with audit and research.

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • A flexible and can-do attitude.
  • Minute-taking and audio typing experience.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
