We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Bartender to join our team at Kimpton Charlotte Square Hotel. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating unique and exciting cocktails, interacting with guests to share your knowledge of various beverages, and assisting the wider Food and Beverage team to provide timely service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement innovative cocktail menus that showcase your creativity and expertise
  • Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring that every interaction is warm, welcoming, and memorable
  • Collaborate with the Food and Beverage team to ensure seamless service and exceed guest expectations
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, applying your knowledge to enhance the guest experience
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive team culture, promoting a sense of community and camaraderie among colleagues

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Bartender or Mixologist in a high-end restaurant, bar, or hotel
  • Knowledge of wines, beers, spirits, and cocktails, with a passion for creativity and sharing your expertise with others
  • Availability to work 5 shifts across the week, including weekends and evenings
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • A warm and authentic personality, with a can-do attitude and commitment to service
