As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful delivery of the Edinburgh Award to over 1000 student participants annually.

About the Role:

  • Coordinate the Edinburgh Award program, working closely with current and new Edinburgh Award Leaders to enhance their professional development and contribute to their future success.
  • Support the broader work of the Internships and Work Experience team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality services to students.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, staff, and external partners.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, utilizing excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Manage competing priorities, dealing with unforeseen problems and adapting to changing circumstances.

Requirements:

  • Proven ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a track record of working collaboratively to achieve shared objectives.
  • Experience in project coordination, including managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Working Arrangements:

This part-time (21 hours per week) role offers flexibility and the opportunity to work in a dynamic team. As a student-facing team, we work at least 60% of our time on campus.
