Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
    • Respond promptly to customer requests, resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Product Knowledge
    • Be familiar with our current promotions and products, ensuring that customers can make the most of their visit.
    • Proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages, ensuring that customers receive high-quality products.
  • Stock Management
    • Replenish stocks to ensure that customers always have access to products.
  • Teamwork
    • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily and weekly targets.
