Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Host to join our team at Grosvenor Casino, Manchester Bury New Road. As a key member of our hospitality team, you'll be responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every guest has an amazing experience with us.
  • Be familiar with current promotions and products, and proactively offer and provide a friendly, efficient, and prompt service of food and beverages.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider business to achieve daily and weekly targets.
  • Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests in a polite and efficient way.
  • Replenish stocks to ensure that customers always have access to products.

Requirements

  • Positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience of working successfully in a hospitality role.
  • Ability to collaborate with the wider business and work towards shared goals.
  • Sound communication skills and a comfortable working style.
  • Ability to work shifts at any time of the day, including weekends and bank holidays.
