The Bartender Role

We're seeking a skilled Bartender to join our dynamic team at Radisson Blu Hotel Edinburgh. As a Bartender, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating memorable moments, and ensuring the smooth running of our food and beverage department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional service to guests, anticipating their needs and delivering an experience that exceeds their expectations.
  • Work proactively to ensure guest satisfaction and the smooth running of the food and beverage department.
  • Collaborate with the team to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring that every guest feels valued and cared for.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our menu, drinks, and services, making recommendations to guests and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Flexibility and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • An eye for detail, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and guests.
  • Experience in a similar position is beneficial, but not essential.
