Housing Management Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Housing Officer to join our Tenancy Management team at Bernicia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering excellent housing management services to our customers.
About the Role:As a Housing Officer, you will be responsible for:
- Managing tenancies and neighbourhoods to ensure excellent customer service
- Dealing with anti-social behaviour and other tenancy-related issues
- Allocating and letting properties to customers
- Managing empty properties and conducting customer viewings and welcome visits
- Managing income and customer involvement, empowerment, and inclusion
- Providing tenant liaison and support
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
- Knowledge and experience of all aspects of housing management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team and adapt to change
