At Blue Shock Recruitment Solutions, we are seeking a highly skilled Restaurant Manager to join our team. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for partnering with our restaurant leadership team to ensure exceptional guest and employee experiences while driving sales and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the culinary team to deliver high-quality food and service
  • Develop and implement service systems to drive guest satisfaction
  • Provide shift leadership and coaching to employees
  • Supervise culinary employees and provide direction as needed
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Degree in Management, food service, or hospitality-related field preferred
  • Knowledge of PeopleSoft, Labor Management System, and other culinary back office systems
  • Excellent communication and planning skills
Preferred Qualifications
  • 3 years of experience supervising culinary operations in a full-service restaurant
  • Proven ability to lead the culinary experience and drive sales growth
  • Experience recruiting, selecting, and retaining hourly employees
