Restaurant Operations Manager

Blue Shock Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our client's restaurant operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of menu offerings, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and performance management to achieve exceptional results.
- Customer Experience: Foster a culture of exceptional customer service, ensuring guests receive a memorable dining experience that drives loyalty and repeat business.
- Financial Management: Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve budget targets.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the executive team to develop and implement strategic plans, driving business growth and expansion.
- Minimum 2-5 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, customers, and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
