Restaurant Operations Manager

Blue Shock Recruitment Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our client's restaurant operations. As a key member of the management team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, improving customer satisfaction, and maintaining high-quality standards in all aspects of restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Restaurant Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring seamless execution of menu items, inventory management, and staff supervision.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team of restaurant staff, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure excellent customer service and quality standards.
- Financial Management: Analyze financial performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement cost-saving initiatives to achieve profitability targets.
- Customer Experience: Foster a positive and welcoming atmosphere, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Compliance and Safety: Maintain a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Minimum 2-5 years of restaurant management experience, with a proven track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving customer satisfaction.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with customers, staff, and suppliers.
- Knowledge of restaurant operations, including menu planning, inventory management, and staff supervision.
