Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our team and drive business success. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional guest services, and maintaining high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation, including staff management, inventory control, and financial management.
- Deliver exceptional guest services by ensuring that every guest has a wonderful experience, and responding efficiently to customer questions and complaints.
- Plan and develop new menus, and update existing ones to ensure they meet customer preferences and dietary requirements.
- Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality, and create a positive working environment.
- Manage restaurant supplies, including smallwares, and control costs to minimize waste.
- Lead and motivate staff to achieve high performance standards, and develop their skills and knowledge to ensure they are equipped to deliver exceptional service.
- Manage restaurant's tech stack, including software and hardware, to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role, with a proven track record of success.
- Extensive food and wine knowledge, and computer literacy.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills, with the ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve high performance standards.
- Good financial management skills, with the ability to control costs and minimize waste.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions.
- Team player, with the ability to work collaboratively with staff and other stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
