Restaurant Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead our restaurant team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire restaurant operation, ensuring exceptional guest services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the entire restaurant operation, including staff, inventory, and finances.
- Deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring guest satisfaction and loyalty.
- Plan and develop new menus, as well as update existing ones, to drive sales growth and customer engagement.
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and attract new customers.
- Manage restaurant's tech stack, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management software.
- Respond efficiently to customer questions and complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and maintaining a positive reputation.
- Organize and supervise shifts, ensuring seamless service delivery and staff productivity.
- Manage and lead staff, including recruiting, training, and evaluating performance.
- Develop hourly and salary staff, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
- Hire new employees, ensuring they meet the required qualifications and fit the company culture.
- Terminate employees when necessary, following company policies and procedures.
- Train and evaluate staff performance, providing constructive feedback and coaching to improve skills and productivity.
- Manage food cost, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
- Manage restaurant supplies, including smallwares, to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Control costs and minimize waste, ensuring the restaurant operates within budget and meets financial targets.
- Create and nurture a positive working environment, fostering a culture of teamwork, respect, and open communication.
- Implement innovative strategies to improve productivity, sales, and food quality, driving business growth and customer satisfaction.
- 5+ years of experience as a Restaurant General Manager or similar role.
- 5+ years of experience in customer service management.
- Extensive food and wine knowledge.
- Computer literacy.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software.
- Experience in event planning.
- Strong leadership, motivational, and people skills.
- Good financial management skills.
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills.
- Team player.
- Good time-management skills.
