About Us

Karntek Ltd, a leading fire safety consultancy based in Stafford, is embarking on an exciting period of growth and is seeking a highly skilled Building Safety Administrator to support our clients with fire safety compliance.

Job Description

This is a full-time role that involves creating building safety case reports to support our clients' applications for Building Assessment Certificates. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to Building Safety Regulator (BSR) compliance, including liaising with key stakeholders, understanding and interpreting regulatory frameworks, and providing guidance and support to building owners and property managers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with stakeholders to obtain necessary information for building safety case reports
  • Understand and interpret regulatory frameworks for high-rise buildings
  • Provide BSR guidance and support to building owners and property managers
  • Collate documentation related to building safety cases
  • Manage multiple property management clients
  • Conduct GAP analysis of building safety risk compliance
Requirements
  • Good understanding of Health & Safety, ideally with a relevant qualification (IOSH, NEBOSH etc)
  • Effective communication skills
  • Strong IT skills, including Microsoft 365
  • Attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Relevant certification or training in building safety or related field preferable
  • Knowledge of fire safety regulations and compliance standards preferable
Benefits
